If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Exchanges Policy is designed to make the process smooth, fair, and transparent.
You may return or exchange any unused, undamaged watch purchased directly from jimhoossd.com within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and condition, complete with all accessories and documentation. Watches that show signs of wear, have been resized or altered, or are returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at feedback@jimhoossd.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs and a description of the issue in your email to expedite the resolution process. If the damage is determined to be due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Please understand that due to the natural variations in wood grain, each of our watches is one-of-a-kind. This means your watch may slightly differ from the product images on our website — a beautiful trait that makes each timepiece unique.
